KS1 Christmas Show

KS1’s Christmas Show was a TRIUMPH! The children in Years 1 and 2 could not have been more enthusiastic! The quality of their singing, dancing and acting just blew the sell-out audience away. One grandmother said, “They just were so confident, I couldn’t believe it!”

Needless to say, the children have worked incredibly hard to reach the standard they demonstrated yesterday. But they clearly enjoyed it with smiles all round!

A huge big thank you also to all the teachers, who show great skills, commitment and patience in supporting the children to perform!

Christmas Fair

IMG_5227A huge big thank you to all the amazing members of the PTA for a brilliant evening last week.  Much enjoyed by all and with more than £3,000 raised for school funds.  A huge amount of work went in behind the scenes and we are enormously grateful.

Christmas Music Concert

This year’s Christmas Music Concert was truly spectacular. The quality of the musical performances was amazing … and with the added bonus this year of the steel pans. Ms Griffin is now leading music at Greenleaf and has done a brilliant job—not only with producing this year’s music concert, but also in teaching our Year 6 children to play the steel pans! A real achievement! Thank you also to our lovely peripatetic music teachers—Yvonne, Pete and Caoimhe!
